Celebrating 5 Years of Innovation: A Look Back at InMode Australia
In just five years, InMode has revolutionised the landscape of the clinical aesthetics technology industry in Australia. With devices and platforms that push the boundaries of what was previously possible without major medical intervention, we couldn’t be more proud or appreciative of the progress we’ve made.
Pioneering Excellence Across Multiple Disciplines
With the shift towards less invasive treatments, InMode has forged a new and pioneering path that facilitates incredible results without the need for invasive procedures. With medical-grade devices that span skin rejuvenation, face and body contouring, intimate health and optometry, our range has expanded to improve the quality of life and confidence of patients the world over.
Impact in Aesthetics, Ophthalmology, Plastic Surgery, Intimate Health, Med Spas, and Optometry
Our treatments span the full body and have been used to improve various conditions for all manners of patients. From non-invasive skin resurfacing to full body contouring, improving intimate health with muscle toning technology, and advanced IPL to the treatment of dry eye, we couldn’t be happier with the results that InMode patients get to enjoy.
Reflecting on InMode's Milestones and Achievements
While seeing the effects in every before and after and hearing feedback from clients are achievements within themselves, there are a few particular highlights for us. In the last five years, we’re proud to have hit a number of milestones and pushed the boundaries in new ways.
Over 250+ Events Hosted
Education is at the heart of InMode’s practices. Ensuring that we’re guiding doctors, surgeons, clinicians, dermatologists and optometrists to utilise our technology correctly and to its full potential is key. As a part of achieving this goal, we’ve hosted over 2 events worldwide. With incredible guest speakers, top-performing industry experts and hundreds of live demonstrations of how to use our platforms, we’ll continue to strive to show the best of InMode.
285+ InMode Units Sold Nationwide
In Australia alone, we’ve sold over 285 units of InMode technology. From multi-platforms like EmpowerRF and EmbraceRF to our award-winning Morpheus8 device, we’re thrilled to have carved out a market in Australia. Along with aesthetic devices, we’ve also enhanced the options for medical treatments with the likes of Envision.
Serving 300+ Clients Globally
Along with the Australian market, we’ve expanded globally to 95 countries worldwide. Extending our reach and being able to support clinics the world over is an incredible achievement.
Contributing to over 2,500,000 happy clients with Morpheus8 Worldwide
Breaking the two million mark of client treatments is a huge milestone. There are now 8.2 Morpheus8 treatments every minute, with 130 searches online every hour for our innovative RF device.
With that being said, we know it’s just the beginning and will continue to help the clinics that use our technology reach even more people. Whether for skin concerns, gaining more body confidence or a better quality of life, this many clients is an incredible achievement for InMode.
Top 5 Predictions for the Aesthetic Medical Industry
The key to innovation is not just having the technical knowledge to bring new things into the world. It also requires being able to predict what clients will want in the years to come and working towards those goals. Here are our top predictions for what we’ll see between now and 2030:
Prediction 1: Advancements in Non-Invasive Technology
With AI’s reach expanding into almost every industry, we anticipate this will be the same for medical and aesthetic treatments, too. We’ve already started incorporating smarter technology into our devices, including skin temperature sensors and monitoring in the likes of our IgniteRF multiplatform. These features will not only increase patient comfort and result in shorter treatment times but also ensure optimal performance during the treatment for maximum results and the most even application.
Along with this, greater personalisation through AI is also a likely trend we’ll see more of. AI is already being used to analyse clients' skin to give them more customised skin care, and we anticipate this trend will extend into the medical aesthetics space as well.
Prediction 2: Growth in Minimally Invasive Procedures
With the demand for youthful results that still look natural being the main objective for many clients, minimally invasive and non-surgical procedures will likely rise. Whether it’s through body contouring or non-surgical facelifts with RF technology, like that used in OptimasMax, our new generation laser multiplatform, there’s already a shift in the perception of what’s best to choose.
Another feature in this vein is that a focus on more specific areas of the body will become a trend. Many patients choose minimally invasive options for a number of reasons and one of those is that there may only be small aesthetic changes they’d like to make. Whether it’s improving the texture of their skin, targeting spider veins with IPL like from DiolazeXL or Lumecca, or sculpting their cheeks or jawline with the new generation of Morpheus8, major surgery is no longer the only option for these areas.
Improved Safety and Efficacy
Another major reason for the pivot to minimally invasive procedures is both efficacy and safety. General anaesthetic alone carries risks, and invasive surgery often results in scarring and extended recovery periods.
However, minimally invasive options offer incredible results, all without the need for anything more than local anaesthetic. Post-treatment, many patients will be back to their normal routines within a day or two with minimal side effects and can avoid risks of scarring due to the lack of internal incisions.
Prediction 3: Convergence of Aesthetics and Wellness
The latest waves of clients are beginning to approach aesthetics more holistically, factoring in their entire body and lifestyle. We anticipate that a focus on mental, spiritual and emotional aspects will become as much of a focus as the physical in the years to come.
Clinicians and industry experts can anticipate seeing an increased focus on overall well-being through a balanced diet, exercise, and moderation but not restriction.
InMode Australia: Leading the Charge Towards a Brighter Future
With clinically proven results that deliver the results InMode patients want, we’re perpetually working to enhance our technology. We strive to be even better, staying ahead of the trends to pioneer a brighter and more innovative future.
Commitment to Innovation and Excellence
With five years of experience in Australia so far, we’re expecting even bigger things by the time we’ve been here for a decade. In 2024 alone, we’re thrilled to announce that we’ll be releasing two new multi-platforms that will revolutionise the preconception of what’s possible.
Introduction of Groundbreaking Technologies
IgniteRF and OptimasMax combine our most loved technologies, now with more power, precision, and even better results than ever before. We’ve also created new devices to match our upgraded options, including QuantumRF 25 and QuantumRF 10, which offer unrivalled results in the world of non-surgical face and body contouring, featured in our IgniteRF platform.
IgniteRF offers the total package when it comes to contouring and skin tightening, while OptimasMax delivers more versatility for treating the full spectrum of skin and hair tones with new technological advancements in the IPL space.
